    • We assign your personal web designer and he or she will contact you.

    • We design & build your site

    • You provide the data in format we provide to be uploaded into our database

§ Your community uses the real site and you decide if you want to keep it.

§ If your association decides you do not wish to keep it, we will return your database to you. Unlimited users and unlimited homes / units

Free, Initial Site Build Includes:

§ Scanning black and white pages into web documents

  • Creating a custom site logo.

  • Uploading electronic documents (We will train your staff or Board of Directors) into the document libraries. (e.g. Rules, Newsletters, Covenants, etc).

  • Loading the following information pages with information you provide us (See our sample site for examples):

    • Set up of the discussion forums (members only and Board-only forums)

  • 30 days for the customer to get all information to MyComPlus.

Trial sites run on a temporary domain name like http://your association name.mycomplus.com/. Once you sign up for service, we will assign the permanent domain name.
